Dull paint not even 3 days on house

I'm so disappointed in there product, we purchased 2 20l's and one 5l paint claiming it's 8 year guarantee.

Now this where the funny part is. When I asked the sale person at Builder's belhar regarding the paint was told yes it will last very long, as I specifically told him I don't want to repaint after a year. That's why I'm buying this expensive paint to last.

Purchases was made and a 3 days after house got to be painted. 2 days after little bit of rain my house look worse then ever before. Paint became dull, water marks staying send an email attached pics and a someone came out to do there test to see if the paint was a error.

With the discuss the person ask me how was the drum of paint mixed be paint, told him we used a normal stick to stir it. Quickly then told me that's the incorrect way& the sales person at build it (belhar) had to stir it before giving it to the customer which they did not do or let me know.

End of the day Metal Paint apparently Rejected my complaint as there was nothing wrong with the paint.

So all in all as a customer lost a lot of money and sitting with a house that need to be re-painted all due to Metal Paint product that I will never buy again and recommend, and the sales person that did not do his work properly costing me.
