Bad service from Medal Paint

Very disappointing service received back. After painting a wall 4 times with medal paint, the wall was streeky and looked as if it had been painted once. After consulting the rep and waiting over a week for feedback, i received a message saying the problem could be the roller( which i bought with the paint) i might have painted too late in the day, i never waited for the wall to dry or I waited too long to paint another coat. Did you ever think this answer through or maybe think the paint was actually a bad quality. I do not recommend using the paint.
