Harassment - incorrect contact detail

Medaco has my cellular number listed for a mr A Mthimkulu- I am not this man. I have requested they remove my number from their database over the phone and by email but they continue to harass me with calls and sms messages due to the debt this person owes them. They refuse to remove my number.
