Promises promises

<p>We visited the Medac Rocket sport shop at the Two Oceans expo in April 2017 and was promised that running pants will be costom made since they recently changed the material and style of the running pants. I forward the previous style to Danielle Pardenwachter which indicated that the pants can be costom made. After a few e-mail and WhatsApp correspondence between me and her I paid for the pants they promised to make. I received the package almost the next day but to my dissappointmnet that it is exactly the same pants i already bought at the expo. I immediately called her and she indicated per email and Whatsapp that the right pants will be send to me. This never happened! After another few e-mails she indicated that they can't costom make the pants and that i have to return the one they sent to me to a shop in Midrand. Which is by the way out of my way!! The best part of it all is that I have to return the pants first before I could get my money back! This is rediculous to say the least!! i had to pay first to receive something i did not order and now I have to struggle to get my money back! I will never buy from them again! </p>
