What a wonderful experience with Med Pack after a royal stuff up by Kendon Medical Supplies. Kendon back tracked on the delivery of goods upon realising that the address sent them to a predominantly African area because they said it was too dangerous. Two addresses had been provided and it was stipulated which was the delivery one. It was an oversight on their part not picking this up prior to the conclusion of the deal and then they expected me to make a plan to collect my goods. They were supposed to make a plan, it was their oversight. After a refund was granted we proceeded to do business with Med Pack and im so happy with the service they provided and the dignity with which we were treated. The goods were delivered within a couple of days with no hassles and the drivers were friendly. There was a mistake on one of the items in that the incorrect item was delivered. Upon realising this we contacted them and they came back to the ‘dangerous’ place again to collect and deliver the correct item. Thank you Med Pack, it was a pleasure doing business with you, perhaps you can teach an old dog new tricks
