Pharmacist comment and attitude!

My son went to the Doctor on Monday feeling ill. Got a script and lab form to test should he have covid. Gave him a script, and off he went. After calling 5 labs and being told they short staff or will be turning patients away, he thought it is best to go get his meds as Dr kept him to lower his fever. When the Pharmacist saw his script, she asked whether he has gone to test for covid (based on the meds Dr prescribed), so he explained that he is still trying to get a lab to help, (he was told to go to parklane springs).... the pharmacist looked at him, and said: "So then what about us?", at that he was taken back, not knowing what to do about that comment, wanting to take the script, she tried to make it not that obvious that she was clearly out of line,,, he rep**** "well thank you for making me feel like a real person!!". This is not the 1st nor 2nd incident, I lived a block away from them for 3 years, and due to the "culture" received from most of the pharmacists being superiority, or comments made, whilst you standing there amongst them, is ridiculous! We are not just patients, we are the reason you have a pharmacy. My Dr was not impressed, well known in Boksburg, she said the inhumane treatment from people due to this illness is felt across the board. My Dr recon, why did they choose the medical field in the 1st place?.....I rest my case. The only people there that's friendly and helpful you'll find at the over the counter meds section.
