Medemass again

To Whom It May Concern:<br> Please advice to what we as public can do regarding software administrators who are not taking any responsibility towards the inconvenience they caused. <br> On Thursday 14 April 2016 (after I waited two weeks for medemass to contact my back) Lorraine contacted me to find the Elixir Manager function on my PC, she indicated to me that workstations wont have Elixir Manager I worked on this PC the whole day before she contacted me... I work on this PC all the time until 14 April 2016. After she shuffle things around I could no longer logged in to open Elixir so I contacted her back right after she worked on the PC... she phoned me back after 5 stating that she don't know what's going on now because she don't get the program loaded she will refer the matter to Mohamed Cajee... I lost that day's work...<br> Friday they were suppose to log in at 09h00, again from my side I needed to make contact with them to remind them it's after 09h00 and no one logged in, Mohamed stated they don't have electricity and running on generators... after two that they he phoned me to log in - by now all of a sudden he claims this pc have a virus....
