Very bad service

I was a walk in client, **** to about the total procedures for my face as well as the chemical peels they suggested they new would not give me the result I wanted. Instead of letting me know they proceeded with procedures I firstly never asked for. Telling me what my face can handle and what it can't, I emailed them 10th March the Dr received my email and so poorly has just ignored.
