MED24 MONEY MAKING SCHEME

I once recieved a treatment at Akasia Hospital, and i paid an amount of R1500 before i recieved a service, it was on the 14.10.2018. and I since then never even looked back or anything, the next thing i receivevd an sms from Colmed, and phone calls, then i called Akasia hospital to find out of this matter, then i was told that, i do not owe the hospital bt Med24, which was something very odd for me as i was serviced at the hospital, nd no one have ever informed me of any cost that I might have to settle after. med24 told me they don't call clients but send them sms's that's it, and i never recieved any sms, nor should i say, never saw any med24 sms, i dont even know how it looks like, the reading nothing. So i asked for invoice and it was sent to my email address, but now a week later, dy tell me i must pay the amount specified by COLMED which is double the amount i owe them.

How on earth should i know that i owe you if you do not communicate with me as a client nor explain the processes, perhaps after i left hospital, i could have done a follow up or something. This is the most ridiculous service, they can blacklist me as they threaten to, but not certain how do you blacklist someone who you never performed a credit check on.

Med24 is full of nonsense, first service but already i can tell is owned by someone who is hungry to make money out of patients.
