VERY BAD SERVICE

write this email with a very heavy heart. My husband bought his car into Mechspec it was making a noise and he wasnt able to see what the problem was. Dropping the car off he asked the mechanic to please see what is wrong with this vehicle and let him know what is wrong and the cost. We were on our way to going on holiday and he told the mechanic that he can have two weeks to fix the car as we only returning then. The mechanic phone my husband and informed him that the water pump has gone and that is the reason for the car making a noise. My husband gave him the go ahead to fix the vehicle. On our return we collected the car only to figure out the car has no power what so ever, my husband returned to Mechpec and the management looked at the vehicle and told him that the box on the exhaust is making the car lose all power and that he must go to a exhaust company and ask them to remove the box. My husband did this and he was informed that there is nothing wrong with the box. On Monday my husband was stuck on New road as the car over heated, This cause the radiator to crack.
