WORST WORKSHOP! WORST SERVICE! ****************! STAY AWAY!

The workshop assessed my car and gave me a quotation for repairs on the 25th of August 2022. The quotation was for R25000 and that money was suppose to cover all required spares and labour. after they confirmed that this is all the car will need I gave them a go ahead to carry on and fix my car. On the 12th of Sept, I called to check on the progress of the car and I was informed that they`ve started working on it and they will advise by the 15th on the status but it should be complete when I come to collect in on the 23rd of Sept. on the 15th when I followed up now I got a different response saying they`ve picked up a different issue, which needs me to overhaul my clutch and the job will cost me an additional R26000. when I try to contest this new quote since they promised to fix my car for 25K they started billing me R450 per day for storage. They refused to fix my car further and claimed that they`ve fixed the mechatronic and that's all we agreed on if I want my car to move again Ill need to pay them for the clutch job. otherwise they`re billing me for storage for as long as I don't pay them the full R25000 for mechatronic. After settling the 25K for mechatronic and an additional R3000 for the storage, I was told that I'm not getting any warrant on the work they`ve done since they didn't do my clutch; also I cant drive the car I`ll need to tow it out of the workshop. After towing my car and getting home. I checked the car 2 days later to try and jumpstart my battery since they left my headlights on, under the hood the bonnet I found at least 4 bolts missing, my air intake was completely loose, my oil dipstick was broken and my jumper cables worth R500 were not there. I`ve spent over R28000 for my car to be fixed by these guys and not only did they misdiagnose my car, they did not even try and put my car back in the same way they found and furthermore initiated new costs for me with missing bolts and broken stick and loose alternator. They deserve to be punished for such actions.
