POOR SERIVE FOR A LOAD OF MONEY
This is what you get from Mechatronic SA. Almost 4 months and R55k later and now they say that the car needs to learn how to drive again. So I posted this video on their fb page. Just to see that they have blocked me to that I can not access to the page. So please help me to share the hell out of this post and lets make then famous and warn people about them

26 Sept 2024, 08:31Someone I read on a previous review, that you can only talk to Chris, you are not allowed to talk with management. You don’t even get a response from the emails. The lady in reception, sommer told me at one stage, that I will apologize first for swearing at them, TEHN she will only help me further. I have a damaged boot lid, of which I have pictures of the car when they loaded it. When I asked about it, I was told that they will investigate the damage. There is no investigating, I have proof it was 100% delivered to them! So please, think twice before sending your high priced vehicle in for a gearbox repair. The will state, 14 working days, once you paid the dept, they will get back to you. 3 months later, you will get on their case, and then only will they start to work on it, and still they wont get it right first time. While I was there, the was another gentlemen whos car was also back for a second time, he was also ****ed with the quality of work.
