They don't even deserve a star. Thus company of ****** and ****mers. On the December 2021. I took my car for repairs at Megatronic SA. Megatronic needed to be fixed they gave me a quote and upon my arrival. I paid the amount in full. They told me they closing the folding day but they can fix the vehicle and I can get it before they go for December holidays. The folding that I received a phone call from the manager to pick the car. While I was driving to them some else who called himself a mechanic. Told me that there was another complications. I told him that I was already on the way he can wait for me. When I arrived they told me that there was another problem with the car but mechanic has made a plan then there was a misunderstanding because I demanded that I want that plan to be recorded so I don't forfeit my guarantee for a Megatronic that was changed. They refused and they told me that I have to pay another money of R16 850,00 then they will document it. It was a struggle. I didn't get helped then I had to leave the car with them. They went for holidays as I was expecting then they will reach out to me when they come back from December holidays of which they didnt. Until I went to find out what was going on. I was not helped then i went to a private lawyer to assist me. She sent them a letter and they did not respond and she then referred me to ombudsman motor industries. Of which they also took their time to reach out to me.. After months they came back and told me that I have to go get my car back. Then they informed that I must pay the storage but I asked what storage because I didn't sign for the storage when I left my cra initially and the reason I was supposed to get my car the following day and they failed to repair it.

Until date my is stuck with them and they took my money. I couldn't get assistance from them. I tried to reach out to the lawyer that assisted me but she never responded and the ombudsman motor industries I strongly believe that whoever was handling my case failed me or they these ****** paid them something to rule or their favor.

I'm still not happy because I lost a lot of money and car at the same time. If I'm not mistaken I paid R18k in cash because I needed the car to fixed at sap but it never happened. Megatronic SA is a company of ******. I say this with a mouthful agter they ****** me a car and money.
