Mechatronics SA payment back money

On 09/12/2021 I paid R9800 into mechatronics SA FNB account but a regular payment and they don't want release the car payment does not not reflect on their account, then my wife made an immediate payment into the same account and my car was released,, 6 months later their is no one that can assist getting my refund for the double payment on invoice number MS10606,Michelle is the person I communicate with but no she can't help or pretend that she don't know what's happening
