Mechatronic SA not reliable

Took my A5 in January 2024. Gave a 30k deposit, come month end or beginning of Jan, they wanted the balance claiming car was done. Could pay at the time as funds were scarce. Come April the 14th i paid their balance and they also charged me storage penalties of 31k. Protested but was told my car was blocking new business and terms of company clearly stated these terms. Suprisingly it’s a month later after I paid and my car is not fixed. Yet their terms states that car is fixed in 4weeks and there after 7 days later if owner hasn’t paid they start charging storage fees.

Now in my case it’s clear I have been duped regarding these storage fees, my car was not fixed at all as per their invoice terms.

Will be surely taking this up legally. I can’t be taken advantage of like this.
