I'm So disappointed

I'm so disappointed with this company I took my car for repair two months ago Renault Clio for gearbox repair . even today my car is still not fixed I keep on phoning the receptionist keeps on telling me they are busy with my car, I've already paid them I really don't what's happening. I need my car back
