Shocked, disgusted and careless due to lack of leadersip

I am liveres to say the least. My car broke down on the 10th December. I booked an appointment online. What a vostly nightmare this has been. The workmanship is payhetic to say yhe least and i still dont havr a car. In fact my car is worse than ever. You cant speak to a manager. You ask yo speak to the CEO and you get told the EO foes not take calls from clirnts. They never stuck to timelines and over promise and underdeliver. My car original was misdiagnosed,. Bottom line i still font havr a cae and they could not care less. I have photos and reports that would shock and embarrass me if i owned this company. They only reipen on the 6th and i have been told i can not get hold of anyone. Shocked, disappointed and disgusted with this company.
