Terrible work quality, failure to honor gaurentee

As there are many of these mechanics on call and call a mechanic now days I would like to make sure people get who these ********** are. [URL Removed] ***<br> <br> First of all in February they installed a waterpump on my car, it came with a six month warranty. After five months the waterpump was finished, at the same time it also damaged two waterpipes. I informed them, they came three days later removed the pump and then went silent..... When I managed to get hold of the guy I was told they are busy with other things but as soon as they are done they will get to me first. Then I it was a big story of where the supplier doesn't want to replace the waterpump, and now its their problem because they bought it for me. They charged me R4000 for installing a waterpump and drive belt that cost them R735!!! When you add a profit to a product you take responsibility for the warrantee too. In the end I had them return me the pump, I bought it myself, and the drive belt and replaced the waterpipes for R1200 and did it myself in a hour and a half. Still no word from them.<br> <br> That is just the start! There is not enough space for how badly they have ripped me off in six months!!!
