We gave our car into Mechanicorn motors in which we only had a problem with compression and oil coming out of the oil plug. Vehicle was assessed put on diagnostic machine and a quotation was given to have the Engin done over as this was the only problem. The first time the car came back there was a noise between the engin and the gearbox and the windscreen was cracked and we sent the car back , now the vehicle has come back again and the car still has the noise and electrical problem and the light switch is broken. I know that we need to get in touch with a lawyer regarding this. Can you please assist as to what we need to do to take this matter further as they have now ignored our calls and blocked us.
