Unacceptable experience

On 24 July 2015 I drove my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Johannesburg to that workshop, to replace air filter, camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor, fuel filter and to check for a play on the steering. All the rest on the car was working fine
