Poor service

Service Provider made an error when doing repairs to vehicle, causing major damage to the gearbox and torque converter. And he refuses to accept responsibility. He was asked to fit a new torque converter. They removed the gearbox, and plugged the cooler pipes with plastic plugs. When refitting, they did not remove the plastic plugs, causing the gearbox to overheat, and fail.
