The Mercer BBOne 1.2KVA/720W inverter purchased through Waltons has been nothing short of a disappointment. Within the first few months, battery issues surfaced, foreshadowing a year of frustration. Now, just over a year later, the battery requires replacement at nearly half the initial price. This unreliable performance renders the inverter a regrettable investment. I strongly advise against purchasing this product to spare others from the same dissatisfaction.
