What a joke Mecer products are

I'm giving it one star only because there's no zero. I recently bought a mecer laptop on contract from vodacom. What a HUGE mistake. It only worked for 2 months and 3 weeks!!! What a joke. I've only used it 4 times during this time. Yesterday after 2 weeks of not using it, I power it on, open a document and guess what??? It froze. I shut it down and when I try to power it on again the power LED blinks and the screen remains blank. Ugh. Seriously?

I'm on deadline. I need to turn in my edits by January 15th. I sent them an email and still nothing.

Not recommending to anyone. Never purchasing any of their products again. 2 months!! Really??

This is so frustrating and inconvenient. I'm switching back to lenovo first chance I get, at least, that laptop worked perfectly, and for years, until I broke its screen.

Mecer can't seem to get it right.
