POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

What a positive experience!

My Mecer inverter blew 5 minutes after load shedding ended on Friday night. I made contact with Christina on Monday 11/9 and took the inverter in for repairs (Midrand). When I did a telephonic follow-up on Wednesday (13/9) at 11AM, I was told to phone back a little later. Lo and behold, they phoned me at 13:30 indicating I may collect it the same day.
