Poor Quality products

I bought a notebook late November 2021 and by December it gave me technical problems. I sent it for refund instead according to HiFi Corp where I bought the laptop from, said that Mecer insisted on fixing and not refund even though the laptop was still new. It went back again to the supplier and still now they insist that, according to HiFi Corp, that no refund just fixing. My notebook was and still is new. They sell poor quality products and don't own up to their "values". There's no substitute for a notebook/laptop. My laptop has spent more days with them than with me the buyer, new laptop. I smell a sxlcam.
