Poor Client Service

I purchased a mecer inverter 2kw 25.6V 820w L-ion Battery at Mercury build it Brakpan 13/04/2023 , the invertor stop working and we took it in on the 02/05/2023 i was told the PC Board has gone should these machines not have surge protection on it every week requesting feedback we get a run around on it how long do i still have to wait for a new invertor or it being fixed this is the third week i am sitting without the invertor during load shedding i find this unacceptable and poor quality of business
