Pathetic service
The service from Mecer is pathetic, I phoned just to ask about the specification of one of their tablet laptops and I can't seem to find anyone who knows about the product. I can't believe that such a big organization does have care about their customers. I'm quite disappointed in their service, I will never ever purchase a mecer product again.
