Never buy anything from mecer

I bought a brand new laptop took it out of the box as i switch it on i see theres a dead pixel on the screen i contact the waranty desk they send a courier to collect the device they told me if its their fault they will replace it the send me a mail 10 days later to say theres a ***** missing if there were any *****s to be missing then it would be them not putting it there the service is very poor i have to wait they already have the money so they dont care about your inconvenience
