Mecer products are very concerning.

I bought a Mecer 2.4kVA 1800W 24v DC-AC Inverter on the 28th of January, a week or 2 later the unit was installed and it did not turn on, I sent the inverter back at my OWN expense. A month later after numerous emails and phone calls complaining about support/service that I received, sent a courier back to collect my package, once again at my OWN expense. The repair document stated that they replaced the main PC board.

I installed the inverter again, everything was working fine until yesterday, I now have a fault on the inverter stating that there is a short on the output (ERROR [00]) which is weird because at the time, there was no output connected to the inverter? Now I need to send this unit back to you at my own expense once again, my concern is that this thing does not work for longer than 3 months, it has been giving me trouble from the start. I decided to open the inverter to check for any fuses although it might void the warranty, first of all, the warranty sticker was not replaced the last time I sent it back and the PC board that they replaced the first time was hanging loose with *****s missing. How is this good service in any way?
