Mecer Move YA13Q50-LTE BELOW AVERAGE LAPTOP, CONTAINING TOOO MANY PROBLEMS!!!!!

Good evening Mecer i hope you read this. Firstly i want to say for the first time using your Mecer Move YA13Q50-LTE i had low expectations but you kinda proved me wrong. The laptop was great at first it had moderate speed and just not bad overall. My schoolwork was immense but the laptop couldn't handle this. Anyways i gave it 2 stars because i won't lie it was good at first but lately when i try to use it it just shuts down completely. It also overheats wayyyyy to quick i'm talking 3 minutes and it feels scorching hot. The charger doesn't work unless i put it in at a specific level. I'm not asking for alot but may you please help me get what i payed for no backlash to you guys. Since its my first time using your brand i can't say other people shouldn't use your brand. Other concerning problems include me having to restart the laptop more than 3 times in order to hear the sound, connect to the wifi also wayy to many special keys are used. For instance i have to hold the key "Fn" to increase the sound whereas on my old laptop i could just press the key and it would work. I got this laptop form Vodacom and i hope any of you guys could help me.
