Mecer Assessment on my sons laptop

Incredible Connection Northgate ..Pathetic customer service !!!! I took my sons school Mecer laptop on the 23 June ,which i purchased on the 31st January its still under warranty .The laptop doesnt charge and it has all my kids ebooks fr school nobody has bothered to follow up on the laptop progress i had to call thm and for them to pass the buck to the pandemic n now thy tell me it cn take 30 days mind you noone has bothered contacting me to date ,i had to call them and find out what was taking long thy dont seem bothered at all !! My son is already missed out on so much school work as hes doing online and he uses tht laptop but trust them to give a damn !!Thy have said Mecer is the one with the laptop thy are still busy assessing itv,its been 14 days ,what is Mecer assessing !!! Im so sick of this both Mecer and Incredible Connection !!!
