MECER and Vodacom in cahoots!

I have had bad experiences now with 3 different touch screen laptops from Mecer. Besides the terrible speed, low quality device and over-sensitive touch screen, it gives endless mic and speaker problems. I want my money back and please do not buy these ever. Vodacom gives them away on promotion - which is a catch because they do not work!!!!
