Mecer 650A review bought at Incredible connection

I bought a Mecer 650A ups in July. The battery is absolutely terrible. At first it powered my Fibre for 2 hours(which I thought was normal and okay). Then started decreasing monthly. At 4 months we standing on 40min. Just my WiFi is connected. I took it back to incredible connection and they refused to give my money back as they said they need to send it to manufacturers to test, and can take up to 21 working days. I am disgusted that people can take your money and deliver such a ****ty service. 1 star is even too much. It’s ridiculous that I must wait so long for refund, as I stated it don’t want it fixed or replaced because the product is **** and up to no good. How can you take peoples money and not refund them immediately? This is *******. One tries to make yourself more comfortable and accessible during Loadshedding however you just get these idiots who take money from you and cannot deliver a proper service. I need this ups to power my WiFi so that I can complete my online studies. I am FURIOUS at both incredible *******ion and Mecers manufactures for delivery such ****ty goods and services.
