Faulty and ********** Mecer units

I bought a mecer inverter from a supplier called transform electrical suppliers in Makhado. I returned the unit because it was faulty. The supplier is saying they returned the unit to to mecer. I have been waiting for over 6 month when I follow up with the supplier they say Mecer doesn't have parts. Is there a way to verify this I feel I have been ****** R18000.
