I ordered this tablet online from Mecer Mustek and after waiting days, I was told its still stuck at customs. I spoke to one of the sales people and told him that I urgently needed it and would rather buy something else if they dont know when it will be delivered. He 'convinced' me to wait as long as possible before eventually agreeing to a refund. Days later I still havent received any refund and my order, that was supposedly cancelled, still shows as processing in the online shop.
