Bad service ..stay far away

Bought a Mecer Inverter+Charger Kit includes 100 ah Battery / 1200Va / 720 W / 12 v Input ( IVR-1200LBKS ) 1.2 Kw on the 31 May 2022. After 6 months the battery is faulty. Mecer is requesting that I foot the courier costs of the battery (to them and back to myself). The courier costs are R1230.00 . Hell no, such a large company and this is their response .Stay far away from these sharks
