Worst service ever

I know the dealership will not respond because on all other reviews the have not. However, I just want to mention that everyone should stay away from Mercedes Menlyn branch if you are after good service. They might answer a call once a week, do not return messages left and don't try and call after 16:30 in the afternoons. They want to go home and cut you off. Management is really poor. Too scared to phone you back if the service department fails.
