Service so disgusting

The service is so disgusting, I've been holding the line for 20 minutes listening to the answering machine, I lodged a complaint about the bad service I received from menlyn, so I wanted to check progress cause I was since promised to get feedback. So I'm also a victim of mccarthy an my car is at menlyn where I was given 2 quotes with different amounts for the same service. The quotes were given to me after my car was held for a month unattended,. I'm so disappointed about mccarthy and I'm angry as hell at this moment cause due to the injuries I received from the accident I can't use public transportation, I have to hire people to take me from A to B and I cannot carry anything heavy.
