Lack of customer service

Today, the 01 July 2019 I visited the Merc branch. I needed my mobile phones to be re- connected to the car. I waited for over 35 mins without any assistance. The lady at the reception said she was calling someone to assist, to my amazement I stood there over 20 MINS and still no help. When I told her that I was leaving it was no big deal, she signed the exit form. I asked for the details of the manager of the branch, with no issues she wrote them down.
