Horrible service at Mercedes Menlyn

I have horrible experience with Mercedes Benz Menlyn, I have been taking my car there for service and every time time I have to fight for progress report whereby at some point my car was kept there overnight without any communication or whatsoever, only when I went to fetch the car I was told that it hasn't been attended.

The last stroke to show that these people don't respect their customers, my car broke down on the 5th of January 2023 and I took it in for assessment as per the insurance instruction, the assessment was done after fighting and making noise and as if that was not enough, the insurance asked a simple thing which is the service history of the car and they are failing to provide that information until today in February 2023.

I have been phoning the service guy and their useless reception and no one is assisting with the information. I am so angry to the point that I want to escalate this matter to their head office or whoever they are reporting to. The incompetency at Mercedes Merlyn is on another level. No one cares there its like you are somewhere in government offices.
