Bad service

Extremely bad service from one of the managers, Jeanre, on the floor. Difficult to get hold of him, doesnt call you back, and each time I tried to get hold of him the operator puts me on hold for 15 minutes. It was a very bad experience. I don't rate the Mercedez Menly garage very high.
