FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM HARDWARE MECCA QUAQUA

I emailed Hardware Mecca in QuaQua for a Water Tank we are gifting my ex domestic, to be delivered to her door. The service that we got was phenomenal. Such good service from Petro. We previously waiting for a quote for 2 months from another well known hardware, who could not even issue the quote properly. It took Petro less than 2 hours to give me the information that I required to secure the deal.

They went beyond service to actually call my ex worker and explain to her how to set the tank up. Assisted me with cheaper transportation (we are in Durban and my ex worker is near Witsieshoek in the mountains). Petro has even been in contact with me on Whatsapp, giving me progress, advising that the Tank will be delivered today.

Now this is what I call excellent service. Can our other service providers please take this as a learning curb. Good Service brings more and more business back to your Company. Bad Service chases people away.
