Extremely disappointed

I have received a call on Friday 24/06/2022 to collect my vehicle Ford FL 77 MH GP and i agreed with the panel beaters that i will collect my car on Monday.

Monday morning I paid my excess so that i collect my car. I did send my brother to go collect the car and to my surprise I was told the mirrors were not yet installed in the car, meaning it was not ready as they claimed to be EVEN after the car has been there for 3months. The car was driven from panel beaters back home and now it has funny sounds underneath.

I will need an intervention and way forward regarding the matter. I also need to return the car for the sounds it making
