Confused

My was towed to Meccapanelbeaters(Mafikeng) in Mafikeng for repairs Budget insurance . It is the fourth week since my car was in their yard for repair. Everytime whenever i ask how far are they with my car they keeps on saying they waiting for car parts. I'm confused and disappointed
