Levy charged for every consultation and it is not in accordance with medical aid association

Im writing this because people who consult at MEC Kalane& associate based in akasia hospital are vulnerable. I found that the professional at the mentioned practice is not complying with the agreement between medical aid Im affiliated with. Upon enquiry from my medical aid. I was told that it is ******** for a patient to pay levy for every consultation with a medical professional as I have already paid levy on first consultation. On 22 September 2020 it was my second visit,I was told to pay levy again. After getting clarity from my medical aid, I called the office of Kalane and associates to enquire why they charging they told that is how they operate irrespective of the laws and regulations of medical schemes bear in mind that they are charging 100% to my medical scheme. I was rudely even told that It was my choice, I should have gone somewhere else this is how they operate. I'm disappointed with the level of customer service as they should be kind to their patient who need the professional medical help. And I believe they took oath to treat patients with respect, we also do make payment for the services, we don't get their service for free. I hope this reach them and I hope Im able to help people who are vulnerable just like me and people are not ripped for their hard earned money.
