Bad, Bad, Bad Service

Firstly let me say thank you that the Meat Co could give us seat at such notice. <br> <br> 1. When we ordered drinks and I enquired if they have mojitos I was told yes, but that it will take to long to make so I had to order a cooldrink.<br> 2. when the drinks finally arrived after 45 minutes, the Tea and Milo was very cold. We had to ask the waiter to make it hot again and this took another 15 minutes to get it back. I even ask the waiter to ask the supervisor if I can make my own hot chocolate<br> 3. We ordered food and waited for 1:30 hours to get it. when the food arrived guess what, it was cold again. Here we are sitting in the cold waiting for a nice hot meal only to find cold food.<br> 4. Next I asked for Tobasco sauce from 3 waiters and not one came back to me. I stood up went to a lady I taught is the supervisor and she told me to wait that they will bring it to me. I waited for another 15 minutes withnothing coming, then I stood up and wanted to go ask the people at the other table if I can have some tobacco sauce.<br> <br> The waiter blames the poor servers on them being full and busy. surely this was not the first time you have been extremely busy and management should have planned accor<br> <br>
