Value for money

Hard,dark,tasteless,frozen, oxtail certainly not what I paid for, was informed by the manager I logged a complain with at the storr that I would not be compansated and that they will look into it and deal with the problem, I say I want to be compasated as I did not get value for money, I want my money back spent over R200, I bought 2 packets of oxtail all the same...this is unacceptable
