Unwanted SMS

Since last month I've been receiving constant sms from Meat World Alberton. First of all I never visited your shop. I reside 100 km away. Secondly I would like to know who gave you the right to bombard my personal number with market related sms. Where did you get my number from? As per Customer Protection Act every person has the right to privacy. I always ensure I don't allow any institution to contact me by any means and use my personal information to market related products. I didn't authorise this action either. Remove my number from your data base. It's very unprofessional.
