SPIT Braai

I ordered a Spit from Comaro Crossing Meat world for my fathers 50th birthday party.<br> When we arrived at our home to get the Spit started for our 30+ guest we had realized that the spit isn't working , we tried to use different power points but to no avail.<br> When I contacted Tony about our problem , he kept asking if I had plugged the Spit in or if we had power.<br> After a few minutes discussion and after I asked if we could please have a spit that works he had put the phone down.I then went to their establishment where he then told me had had sent someone to come assist us.<br> <br> After an hour the gentleman they sent couldn't get it fixed and Tony mentioned that he cant assist us, this then left my father almost 4 and a half hours on his birthday to get the spit going (got pics) , Thank goodness ALBERTON MEAT WORLD actually pulled through to assist us with another spit, which was to small but my father managed to combine the two motors to start working.<br> I would actually like a refund on my money as when the spit was eventually finished all the guest had left without eating which is extremely embarrassing.<br> I have already mentioned to a few people about this incompetence and bad service.
