SMS Spam bombardment

I am being bombarded by Spam SMS messages from Meatworld Gateway. No matter if I block the message, they just use another number every time. Sometimes numbers that look legitimate. I went to the store to get them to remove me from their list, but they refused to do so. The SMS messages also don't give you an option to unsubscribe. These messages comes through at the wee hours of the morning, waking you from sleep and sometimes I get two or three messages per day. I WANT THIS STOPPED!
